Certification and Testing

WDA offer a suite of EN 12101 certified smoke ventilation systems and products. We supply some of the best products on the market, only products that meet our exacting standards for quality, reliability and durability make the grade.

Requirements for smoke ventilation are outlined in the Irish Building Regulations TGD-B 2006. WDA utilise the current codes of practice BS9999 BS9991 & design guidance legislation BRE368, BS7346 & BS 7974 to name a few.

A control system forms an integral part of any smoke ventilation system. Whether it is designed to operate for detectors in building applications, CO fumes in car parks, or for excessive CO2 in classroom applications, we can manufacture bespoke control panels to suit any application.

Training

Comprehensive training is proved to all staff throughout our business. In-house and external product training is regularly provided. Training courses at our suppliers’ premises also allow our staff to understand our suppliers’ directly, encouraging better technical understanding and closer working relationships.
